St. Patrick’s Day in San Miguel de Allende will be celebrated at Los Milagros Restaurant, Calle Relox 17 in the city’s historic center on Monday, March 17 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. Lively Irish music will be featured along with a menu, which includes quarter-pound hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, French fries, burritos and fruit juices or soft drinks. A cash bar will be available. Tickets will be on sale at the door for 210 pesos.

This fundraising event is sponsored by San Miguel Democrats Abroad to fund the 2014 campaign in San Miguel along with the group’s nonpartisan efforts to register Americans, offering them assitance with the absentee ballot. Recent legislation in the United States requires that all Americans living abroad re-register for every election.
